How Do I Add/Manage a New Sub-Administrator Account?

Sub-administrator accounts:

  • Can only be created by the master administrator
  • Can be used to assist the administrator in performing administrative functions on the site

To create a sub-administrator account:

Select Users > Sub-Administrators


To create new sub-administrator account > Click 

Create account and choose privileges

To create a sub administrator account you will need:

  • Username
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email address

Choose Privileges

Tick the boxes next to the privileges and functions the sub administrator should be able to use.


Manage sub-administrator accounts from the Sub-Administrator tab
