How do I Assign Library Content?

To assign library content to user(s):

Right click on any first level folder > Click “Assign to Users” from the drop down menu

Note: Only content in the main (first level) folders can be assigned to users. All sub folders within the main folder are automatically assigned with it.

To assign to a User Group(s) > Click “Assign User Groups”

To assign to an Individual User(s) > Click “Assign Users”

Select User Group(s) or User(s) > Click 

To assign > Click "Finish"

To remove content from User(s) > Select User Group(s) or User(s) > Click 

To unassign > Click "Finish"
