Can I Attach a Survey to a Lesson Plan/Quick Training?

Yes.

To attach a survey to a Lesson Plan/Quick Training:

Select Lesson Plans > Lesson Plans

Select a Lesson Plan/Quick Training > Click title (to view/edit lesson plan/quick training)

Under: Select Parameters > Attach:

Tick box “Add Survey” > Select survey from drop down menu > Click “Save & Next: Training Modules OR “Save & Next: Upload Resource” (For a Quick Training)

NOTE: Surveys must be created in advance under the Survey tab. Only surveys designated as “Linked Surveys” will be available in the drop down menu. Standalone Survey’s will not be available.
