How Do I Set Up Notifications for a Reward System?

As an admin, you can be notified of user’s achievements in the Rewards System.

You can choose different options for notifications: immediately, daily, or weekly.

To set up notifications for a reward system:

Select Rewards

Select Rewards Program > Click Title

To select notification type:

Tick “User achieves new Reward Center Level” > Select option 1, 2, or 3 > Click “Next: Assign Users”

  1. As soon as a level is reached – notification is sent as soon as a user reaches a reward level.
  2. Once a day – notifications are sent every day.
  3. Once a week – notifications are sent one time every week.
