The four categories of parameters for a Quick Training include Create, Attach, General Settings and Email Settings.
1. Create - Includes: Name, Description, Set Days, Set Date, Add Time Zone, Max no. of Attempts and Lock Duration.
a. Name – Title of the Quick Training.
b. Description – Additional information/details about the Quick Training.
c. Set Days – Number of days the Quick Training is available.
d. Set Date – The start date and end date the Quick Training is available.
e. Add Time Zone – Allows you to set the time zone in which you are located.
f. Max no. of Attempts – Number of attempts the user is allowed to complete the Quick Training.
g. Lock Duration – Prohibits any changes to the Quick Training due date.
2. Attach – Includes: Add Survey, Attach Certificate and eSignature.
a. Add Survey – Attach a survey that can be completed by the user at the end of the Quick Training.
b. Attach Certificate - Attach a certificate the user will earn upon completion of the Quick Training.
c. eSignature - Require the user to sign electronically after the Quick Training is completed.
3. General Settings – Includes: Categories and Allow User Review on Completion.
a. Categories – Allows users and administrators to filter their search for lesson plans/quick training by category names.
b. Allow User Review on Completion – Allow the user to review the Quick Training once they have completed it
4. Email Settings – Includes: Send Reminder Notification, Send Assignment Notification, Send Failure Notification and Send Pass Notification.
a. Send Reminder Notification – Notification is sent to user to remind them to complete the Quick Training before the due date.
b. Send Assignment Notification – Notification is sent to user when a Quick Training is assigned.
c. Send Failure Notification – Notification is sent to user if they fail the Quick Training.
d. Send Pass Notification – Notification is sent to user when a passing grade is earned on the Quick Training.
