Why Aren’t My Users Receiving Emails?

There are several reasons why users may not be receiving emails. When a user reports not receiving emails, you should:

  1. Confirm the user’s email address is correct
  2. Check your BCC email account to see if emails are being sent out.
  3. Have users check their spam or junk email account.
  4. Ask your account manager for email white listing instructions.

To check the BCC email account:

Select Settings > General Information

Find the BCC Email Address > Access BCC Email Address
