How Do I Create a Webinar?

To create a webinar:

Select Instructor Led Trainings > Instructor Led Trainings

Click  > Click “Create Instructor Led Training (ILT)”

NOTE: To create a webinar, you must tick the “Webinar” box under “Create”

You must choose your webinar tool: GoTo Training or WebEx. You must also enter your webinar tool details.

For WebEx:

For GoTo Training:

Select Parameters > Click “Save & Next: Assign Users”

To assign user(s) or user group(s):

Select user(s) or user group(s) > Click  > Click “Finish”

To unassign user(s) or user group(s):

Select user(s) or user group(s) > Click  > Click “Finish”
