How Do I Add a Training Module to an Instructor Led Training?

A training module can ONLY be added to an Instructor Led Training Webinar or to a Classroom Training that uses a code for tracking attendance & completion.

To add a training module to an instructor led training:

Select Instructor Led Training > Instructor Led Training

Click  > Click “Create Instructor Led Training”

Select Parameters for Instructor Led Training Webinar:

Under Create – Type > Tick Webinar  

Under Attendance & Completion Criteria – Add Training Module  > Tick “Yes”

Click “Save & Next: Training Modules”

Select Parameters for Instructor Led Training  Classroom Training:

Under Create – Type > Tick Classroom Training

Under Attendance & Completion Criteria - Type > Tick “Using Code” > Tick “Yes” under Add Training Module

Click “Save & Next: Training Module”

To add a training module:

Select a training module > Click  > Click “Save & Next: Assign Users”

NOTE: Only ONE training module can be added to an instructor led training

To remove a training module:

Select a training module > Click  > Click “Save & Next: Assign Users”

NOTE:

For a Webinar – the attached training module will not be visible to the user until after the webinar is complete
For a Classroom Training – the attached training module will not be accessible until after the code is submitted.
