How Do I Add an Email Reminder or Notification to an Instructor Led Training?

To add an email reminder or notification to an instructor led training:

Select Parameter > Email Settings

  1. Send Reminder for Webinar OR Classroom Training
    • Webinar/Classroom Reminder Start Date – Email notification sent with the webinar start date
    • Webinar/Classroom Reminder Interval Days – Allows an email notification to be sent every certain number of days
  2. Send Assignment Notification – Email notification sent with information about the assignment
  3. Send Failure Notification – Email notification sent when user fails webinar
  4. Send Pass Notification – Email notification is sent when user passes webinar

NOTE: To edit email message template, click on (Edit Email Message) and make desired edits
