To add an email reminder or notification to an instructor led training:
Select Parameter > Email Settings
- Send Reminder for Webinar OR Classroom Training
- Webinar/Classroom Reminder Start Date – Email notification sent with the webinar start date
- Webinar/Classroom Reminder Interval Days – Allows an email notification to be sent every certain number of days
- Send Assignment Notification – Email notification sent with information about the assignment
- Send Failure Notification – Email notification sent when user fails webinar
- Send Pass Notification – Email notification is sent when user passes webinar
NOTE: To edit email message template, click on (Edit Email Message) and make desired edits
