The central repository is the “file cabinet” for all of your resources. Anything that is uploaded to Learn-Wise Go is automatically added to the Central Repository. If you upload a SCORM file to a Training Module, the SCORM file is also added to the Central Repository. If you upload a PDF to the Library, the PDF is also added to the Central Repository. This makes it easy for you to re-use files.
- Resources uploaded to the central repository can be:
- PDFs
- SCORM
- Video Files (mp4)
- Files uploaded to the Central Repository can be organized into folders. (This is optional. Only administrators see the Central Repository.) If you do not specify a folder, files are automatically added to the Default folder.
- Files in the Central Repository can be added to other parts of the system such as the Library, Training Modules, and Surveys.
- Resources in the central repository can be deleted if they have not been uploaded to any other part of the system. Once they are uploaded to the library, a lesson plan, a quick training, etc., the resource file will be locked and can only be copied, previewed, or shown in favorites.
