How Do I Join a Webinar?

You can either accept or decline a scheduled webinar. In order to join a webinar, you must first accept the webinar invitation.

To accept a webinar invitation:

Select Assignments > Instructor Led Trainings

Click “Accept”

To join the webinar:

Click “Join”

Webinar Screen (User will be directed to the webinar when the organizer begins the meeting)

Please note: The webinar will open in a browser tab outside of Learn-WiseGo.


Users CANNOT join a webinar BEFORE the administrator has started the webinar.

Users CAN join the webinar anytime AFTER the webinar has been started by the administrator.
