If you are kicked out of the system in the middle of a test, you should be able to log back in and resume the test from the point at which you were kicked out.
If you are not able to resume the test, please contact your site administrator/trainer. They can contact the appropriate Learn-Wise Account Manager.
NOTE: In very rare instances, our development team will have to work on emergency, unscheduled maintenance that could potentially result in users being temporarily logged off the system. Be assured that during these rare instances we are working to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
