As an Admin, you have the option of activating or deactivating the email triggers that will send out automatically from Learn-Wise.
Below is a list of the email templates that will automatically send from the Learn-Wise system when certain actions are performed.
- Create Sub-Admin
- Create User
- Change Password
- Forgot Password
- Account Expiry
- Course Completion
- Assign Trainee to Group
- Assign Trainee to TM
- User Message Template
- Training Module Reminder
If you do not see some of these templates, your site may not have that feature activated.
To send a message at any time and to specific Users, you can use the User Messages function under Communications.
To view the email templates go to Communications > Email Templates.
To deactivate or activate an email template click on the green check mark or red crossed through circle and click OK. Set the filter on the right side to "both" or "inactive" to view your inactive templates.
