Do Trainees receive an automatic reminder telling them to renew their courses?

Unless you have Premium Credentialing, trainees will not receive an automatic reminder to retake their courses.

With Premium Credentialing the Admin has the ability to set an expiration period for courses. When the expiration date approaches, the Trainees will receive a reminder email.
