Once you have purchased your credentialing package or course, you will need to login to access your available courses. You can log in from the main Vendormate Credentialing home page, or by clicking Login from the transaction confirmation page. Once logged in, you will be brought to the User home page. From the home page, you can take courses you have already purchased, purchase a new course, or view completed courses.
When you click Take Course, you will be brought to the Course Overview page, which gives details on the course including number of credits, course description, and the estimated time it will take to complete the course. You will need to click the checkbox to verify your identity before proceeding to the course content and test.
After clicking Next, you will begin reviewing course content and will need to take and pass the test.
Once you have done so, you will be prompted to evaluate the course before being allowed to generate your certificate.
You will also be required to confirm your profile information:
Once the evaluation has been completed, you will reach a confirmation page with a link to generate your certificate.
NOTE: You must select Yes for "Send Certificate to Vendormate" for the certificate to be sent to your Vendormate account via FTP. Certificates typically take 24-48 business hours to appear in your account.
Alternatively, you can click on the link titled "Click here to view the certificate" to download a pdf copy of your certificate. You can then open the certificate and print or save as desired.
