What do each of the email templates do?

The Create Sub-Admin (username) and Create User (username) emails notify Sub-Admins and Users, respectively, of their account creation and username.

 

The Create Sub-Admin (password) and Create User (password) emails notify Sub-Admins and Users, respectively, of their system-generated passwords.

 

The Change Password and Reset Password emails notify users, admins, and sub-admins of their new password and temporary password, respectively.

 

The Account Expiry email notifies Users with an expiry date, when their account will expire. In this email template, you can determine the amount of days prior to the account expiring, that this email will be sent.

 

The Course Completion email sends Users confirmation of their Certification Course Completion.

 

The Assign Trainee to Group email notifies Users of Groups and Sub-Groups they have been added into.

 

The Assign Trainee to TM: email notifies Users when they have been assigned a Training Module.

 

The User Message Template email notifies Users when they receive a message from their Administrator.

 

The Training Module Reminder email reminds Users that they need to complete a specific Training Module by the due date. These email reminder intervals are set up when creating a Training Module.

 

The Training Module Reminder (without end date) email reminds Users that they need to complete a specific Training Module. These Training Modules do not have a due date and these email reminder intervals are set up when creating a Training Module.

 

The Assign Trainee to Lesson Plan email notifies Users when they have been assigned a Lesson Plan.

 

The Lesson Plan Reminder email reminds Users that they need to complete a specific Lesson Plan by the due date. These email reminder intervals are set up when creating a Lesson Plan.
