As an Admin, you have the option of activating or deactivating the email triggers that will send out automatically from Learn-Wise.
Below is a list of the email templates that will automatically send from the Learn-WiseGo system when certain actions are performed.
- Create User
- Change Password
- Create Sub-Admin
- Account Expiry
- Course Completion
If you do not see some of these templates, your site may not have that feature activated.
To send a message at any time and to specific users, you can use the Message Notification function under Communications.
