Rewards are a great way to motivate users to complete training. The Rewards system allows you to give Users points for successfully completing (passing) training.
When you create a Reward Program, you can choose:
- The amount of time (data range) a Reward program is available
- How many points are needed to reach each level
- The associated prize (if any) for achieving a level
- Who is allowed to participate in the Reward program
To create a Reward:
Select Rewards
Click > Click “Create Reward”
Enter the following information about your Reward:
- Reward title
- Start and end date
- Names for each level
- Points needed to reach each level
- Notifications (optional)
Click “Next: Assign Users”
NOTE: A tab on the far right of the screen displays the reward details.
To assign a reward to a user(s) or user group(s):
Select user(s) > Click > Click “Next: Manage Point Sources”
To unassign a user(s) or user group(s):
Select user(s) > Click > Click “Next: Manage Point Sources”
To select point sources:
Select Lesson Plans > Click
To assign points to each lesson plan:
Add desired points in each lesson plan point box > Click “Finish”
NOTE: As points are added to each lesson plan, the trophy on the reward detail screen to the right will progress up the reward meter while displaying the total amount of points assigned.
To remove lesson plan from reward program:
Select lesson plan(s) > Click >Click "Finish"
NOTE: Only one reward program can be active at a time.
