How Do I Resend a Username to a User?

If a user forgets their username, they can request it from the “Forgot Username” link on the login page. An administrator can also send them their username in an automated email.

To resend a username to a user:

Select Users > Users

Select User > Click User’s Name

Tick “Resend Username” > Click send email icon
