What is an Audit Trail Report and How Do I Generate One?

An Audit Trail report tracks the activities of Learn-Wise Go administrators. It can show you activity such as who created or edited a Training Module, who assigned a Lesson Plan, etc.

To Generate an Audit Trail Report:

Click System Reports > Audit Trail

Select "Audit Trail Type" (from drop down menu)

Select "Status" (from the drop down menu)

Select Users (Administrators)

Select “From” and “To” Dates by clicking on the empty box and choosing from the calendar

Click "Generate Report"

View your Report on this page or in Excel by Clicking Export to Excel
