Message Notifications are a quick way to send information to individual users or user groups.
Messages go to users in 2 different places:
- User’s Message center in Learn-Wise Go
- User’s email
To create a message:
Select Email Templates > Message Notification
Click > Click “Create Message”
Fill out message template > Click “Select Recipients”
NOTE: Subject and message fields are mandatory
To assign user group(s) or user(s):
Select User Group(s) or User(s) > Click > Click “Finish”
To unassign user group(s) or user(s):
Select User Group(s) or User(s) > Click > Click “Finish”
