There are several reasons why users may not be receiving emails. When a user reports not receiving emails, you should:
- Confirm the user’s email address is correct
- Check your BCC email account to see if emails are being sent out.
- Have users check their spam or junk email account.
- Ask your account manager for email white listing instructions.
To check the BCC email account:
Select Settings > General Information
Find the BCC Email Address > Access BCC Email Address
