After a certification package course is completed, a download link to the attached certificate will automatically appear on the bottom left corner of the user’s computer. If the certificate is not downloaded at this time, it can be retrieved and downloaded at any time.
To retrieve and download a certificate from an assigned certification package:
Select Certification
Click “Completed”
Under Assigned:
Select Certification Package > Click “Open”
To download the certificate > Click download certificate icon
