How Do I Download a Certificate from an Instructor Led Training?

A certificate for an Instructor Led Training will be available to you after the training is completed.

To download a certificate from an instructor led training:

Select Assignments > Instructor Led Trainings

Click “Completed” (to locate the instructor led training with the attached certificate)

Using the scroll, search or filter function to locate the instructor led training with the attached certificate.

Click “ Certificate Download”

Please note: you may need to take additional steps after the course ends in order to complete the course. For example, your instructor may provide a code you need to enter (see How Do I Certify My Attendance in a Classroom Training?). Alternatively, you may need to wait for the instructor to manually certify your attendance before the course is marked as complete in your dashboard.
