In order to ensure that you are able to access all materials on your Learn-WiseGo platform, you must first disable your browser's pop-up blockers. This tutorial will cover the steps to disable pop-up blockers on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari and Apple iPhone/iPad.
To disable pop-up blockers on Google Chrome:
1. Click the Customize and Control Google Chrome menu (the three horizontal bars on the upper right corner of the screen).
2. Select Settings.
3. Scroll down and click “Advanced” at the bottom of the settings.
4. Under Privacy and Security, click Content Settings.
5. Click Popups.
6. Click the button “Blocked” to disable all pop-ups.
Pop-ups will now be Allowed.
To disable pop-up blockers on Internet Explorer 11:
1. Click the Gear icon and then select Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker to disable the pop-up blocker for every website OR click Settings to disable pop-ups for specific websites.
4. Click OK.
To disable pop-up blockers on Microsoft Edge:
1. Click on the More Actions icon (this is the icon with the three dots on the upper right corner of the screen).
2. Scroll down and click Settings.
3. Scroll down and click View Advanced Settings.
4. Click the toggle button below Block Pop-ups to turn the pop-up blocker off.
To disable the pop-up blocker on Firefox:
1. Click Menu (the three stacked bars icon in the upper right corner of the screen).
2. Click Options.
3. Click Privacy & Settings and then scroll down to Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box OR click Exceptions to enter specific websites that you would like to allow pop-ups.
To disable pop-up blockers on Safari:
1. Click Settings in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click Block Pop-up Windows to disable the pop-up blocker.
To disable pop-up blockers on an Apple iPhone or Ipad:
1. Click the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and click on the Safari tab.
3. Scroll down to Block Pop-Ups and click on toggle button to disable pop-ups.
