How Do I Create a Survey?

You can create two different kinds of surveys in Learn-Wise Go:

1. Linked Survey (attached to a training)
2. Standalone Survey (not attached to training)

1. To create a Linked Survey:

Select Survey

Click  > Click “Create Linked Survey”        

Enter survey name and description (optional) > Click “Next: Upload Survey Content”

To use a survey file already uploaded to the system:

Select file > Click  > Click “Finish”

To upload a new survey file:

Select Upload > Upload survey file > Click “Finish”

NOTE: The survey file needs to be a SCORM package published with the recommended settings for a survey.

2. To create a Standalone Survey:

Select Survey

Click  > Click “Create Standalone Survey” 

Enter survey name, description (optional), start date and expiry date > Click “Next: Upload Resources”

To use a survey file already uploaded to the system:

Select File > Click  > Click “Save & Next: Assign Users”

To upload a new survey file:

Select Upload > Upload survey file > Click “Save & Next: Assign Users”

NOTE: The survey file needs to be a SCORM package published with the recommended settings for a survey.

To assign a user(s) or user group(s):

Select user(s) or user group(s) > Click  > Click “Finish”

NOTE: Click “select all” icon  to highlight all users or user groups as one time.
