How Do I Create a Survey Using Adobe Captivate?

You can create surveys in Adobe Captivate to deliver through Learn-Wise Go.

To create a survey in Adobe Captivate, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Quiz > Question Slide

Enter number next to type of question you want > Select Survey

Customize and format the survey question as desired.

When you are finished building your survey, publish it following these steps:

Go to Edit > Preferences

Be sure the following are true:

Standard: SCORM 2004

Success: Quiz is passed

Publish the files and upload it to Learn-Wise Go.
