How Do I Assign a Survey to Users?

Standalone Surveys are directly assigned to Users during the 3rd step in the standalone survey creation process.

Linked Surveys cannot be directly assigned to Users. Linked Surveys must be attached to a Lesson Plan, Quick Training or Instructor Led Training in order to be assigned to a user.

1. Assigning a Linked Survey to users through a Lesson Plan

While creating a Lesson Plan, under Select Parameters > Attach:

Click “Add Survey”

To view and select available surveys:

Click the drop down menu

2. Assigning a Linked Survey to users through a Quick Training.

While creating the Quick Training, under Select Parameters > Attach:

Click “Add Survey”

To view and select available surveys:

Click the drop down menu

3. Assigning a Linked Survey to users through an Instructor Led Training.

While creating an Instructor Led Training, under Select Parameters > Attach:

Click “Add Survey”

To view and select available surveys:

Click the drop down menu
