How do I change or reset my Password?

Your password can be changed/reset in two different ways:

1. Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the main login page.
2. Change your password from your user dashboard > my profile (if you know your old password).

If you do not know your old password, you can reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link from the main login page:

1. Click “Forgot Password” on the main login page

Enter your username > Click “Submit”

A link to reset your password will be emailed to the email address on your account. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

2. If you know your old password, you can change your password from your user dashboard > my profile:

Click “My profile” on your user dashboard

Select "Profile"

Click “Change Password”

Insert your old password and choose a new password > Click “Save”
