If you didn't receive an email in your inbox please follow the next steps:
1. Please check in your Spam folder or Trash folder for an email from your e-learning platform.
If you found the email, just add the email address to your trusted contacts and you should be able to get emails from now on.
2. If you didn't find the email, it is possible that your email provider is blocking the system emails, please contact your system admin so they can ask their IT department to whitelist this email address.
3. Your admin should be able to provide a copy of the system email for your records. After receiving this email please save the email address to your trusted contacts so you will get future emails.
